Wireframes – Laying the Foundation for a Seamless Vendor Portal
For Risk Management America’s My Risk Informant portal, I developed detailed wireframes to map out the user experience for vendors and administrators. These wireframes established the structure for key portal functions—assignment tracking, document uploads, dashboard notes, and internal messaging.

My goal was to make complex workflows intuitive, ensuring that users could easily navigate the platform without confusion. Each screen was designed with clarity, efficiency, and accessibility in mind, forming the blueprint for a platform that would support scalable growth and real-time collaboration.
